This listing is for a painted Rebel Donut helmet inspired by the valiant Rebel Troopers who assaulted the shield generator on the Endor moon in Star Wars Return of the Jedi.
This kit is a solid cast piece made from Smooth-On SmoothCast 300, a strong and durable urethane resin. You can take this helmet out of the box and wear it to your next event.
Order includes:
- A finished helmet.
- 2 painted and sealed soft helmet pucks with foam installed.
This is a regular sized helmet; Fits most adult heads and can be modified to fit larger heads without altering it’s look and functionality.
The soft helmet is NOT included. Just the ear pucks that can be fitted to hand sewn one.
100% Fan Made and not a mass produced item. The painting process requires curing in between coats so this takes about 9 working days to make.
