This listing is for a Rebel Donut kit inspired by the valiant Rebel Troopers who assaulted the shield generator on the Endor moon in Star Wars Return of the Jedi.
This kit is a solid cast piece made from Smooth-On SmoothCast 300, a strong and durable urethane resin. It is a one piece kit and will require basic prop making skills: (sanding, priming and painting).
Kit includes:
- An unpainted/untrimmed helmet
- 2 Vacuform ear pucks for soft helmet
- 2 pre-cut foam inserts
This is a regular sized helmet; Fits most adult heads and can be modified to fit larger heads without altering it’s look and functionality.
